1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your web browser by a website you visit. They help that website remember information about your visit, which can both make it easier to visit the site again and make the site more useful to you.

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

Kolors Virtual uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries, each for a specific purpose:

  • Sign-in session: a secure, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to five days after you authenticate. The mobile app uses an equivalent session token instead of a browser cookie.
  • Security: the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots, which sets Google cookies on that page only.
  • Payments: Dodo Payments may set its own cookies on its hosted checkout and billing-portal pages. We never receive your card or bank details.
  • Preferences: browser storage remembers an in-progress try-on while you sign in and the email address used for a sign-in link. This information stays on your device.

3. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages and features are used. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Cookies

If you allow advertising measurement, we load the Google Ads tag. Google may use first-party advertising cookies (such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw) to connect ad clicks with confirmed subscription purchases. We send the payment amount, currency and a pseudonymous transaction reference to avoid counting a purchase twice. We do not send your photos, prompts, email address or payment-card details to Google Ads. Personalised advertising is disabled in this integration. If you reject optional measurement, the Google Ads tag is not loaded.

5. Your Choices

Use Cookie settings in the footer to allow or reject advertising measurement at any time. Your choice is stored on your device. You can also remove existing cookies in your browser settings. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings preferences. Blocking the sign-in session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in, and clearing browser storage discards any try-on that was waiting for you to sign in.

We may update our Cookie Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Cookie Policy on this page.
