1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kolors Virtual service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Kolors Virtual provides a browser-based virtual clothing try-on and outfit editing service using artificial intelligence technology. Kolors Virtual is an independent product and is not affiliated with Kuaishou or Kwai, the Kolors image model, or the Kolors Virtual Try-On research demo.

3. User Accounts

You need an account to generate, save, edit or share images. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that happens under it. You can delete your account at any time from the settings page.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our service. By uploading, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display the content for the purpose of providing our service. You must have the rights to every image you upload, including the permission of any person shown.

If you create a public share link, you ask us to display the selected generated result to anyone with that link until you turn sharing off. You are responsible for having the permission of any person shown and for ensuring the shared result does not infringe another person's privacy or rights.

5. Credits, Subscriptions and Refunds

Every generation requires credits. A new account receives a one-time allowance worth two basic try-ons, and an account that invites a friend who creates an account receives, together with that friend, a further allowance worth two basic try-ons each (paid once per new account, never for your own accounts, and capped per referrer); we do not provide daily credit refills, and any further generation requires purchased credits. Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through Dodo Payments; Dodo Payments handles your payment details and we never receive your card or bank information. Saved credits are added to your account when it confirms each payment and do not expire while your account exists.

Every generation shows its credit cost before it runs. Credits are reserved when a generation starts and are returned if the generation fails. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from the pricing page; cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove saved credits already granted. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the credits granted for that payment may be removed from your balance.

6. AI-Generated Results

Results are generated by AI models and are visual approximations. They do not represent garment size, fit, fabric behaviour, colour accuracy or how an item will look in real life, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for measurements, size charts or a physical fitting. Generation and editing are performed by third-party model providers on our behalf.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on others' rights or depicts a person without their permission
  • Create sexual, deceptive or harassing images of any person
  • Upload or generate nudity, pornography, sexually explicit content, or sexualized depictions of minors
  • Use undressing, see-through clothing, intimate deepfake, or body/waist-reshaping requests
  • Attempt to evade content-safety checks or use the service for non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to circumvent credit limits
  • Use the service to distribute spam or malware

Content restrictions apply to private uploads and results as well as shared images. Images and edit instructions are screened before generation, and results are screened before saving or delivery. A blocked or unavailable safety check prevents the operation; generation credits reserved for a failed operation are returned. Automated checks can make mistakes, and do not verify a person's consent or age. Report suspected misuse to support@kolorsvirtual.ai. We may investigate reports and suspend violating accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kolors Virtual and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kolors Virtual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to the Terms.
