Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. Introduction
Kolors Virtual ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our virtual try-on service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our virtual try-on feature, or contact us for support. This may include:
- Personal information (e.g., name, email address)
- Images you upload for virtual try-on
- Usage data and preferences
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve our virtual try-on service
- Personalize your experience
- Communicate with you about our services
- Ensure the security and integrity of our platform
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our platform
- Image-generation providers, including Runware, when you create or edit an outfit
- AI-assistant providers, including OpenAI, when you request photo guidance, edit planning, or styling suggestions
- OpenAI for automated safety screening of submitted images, instructions, and generated results
- Google Ads, only after you allow advertising measurement, to connect ad clicks with confirmed subscription purchases
- Law enforcement or other parties when required by law
We send the images and instructions needed to perform the feature you choose and its required safety checks. AI-assistant features are optional, but safety screening is required for generation and editing.
Photos that show your face
A person or outfit photo may show your face. We use the whole photo to identify clothing, screen for unsafe content, and make the try-on result you request. We do not create a face template, use face recognition to identify you, or sell face data. Your photo and any garment photo are uploaded to our Firebase Storage. We send the images to OpenAI for required safety screening; wardrobe scans also send the outfit photo to OpenAI to identify garments. For try-on generation and garment extraction we send the images to Runware, which processes them with an image-generation model. This sharing occurs only after you choose to continue in the app's photo-sharing prompt. We store your uploaded photos and results with your account until you delete your account; deleting a gallery result removes that result but does not necessarily remove its source uploads. Account deletion removes your account's stored source photos and results, including saved wardrobe images. OpenAI and Runware process the images under their own data-retention policies, which may include temporary retention for safety or legal purposes; see the published policies of OpenAI and Runware for details.
Your uploads and generated images are not automatically posted to a public gallery. Account pages require sign-in. Storage and processing use token-bearing or signed image links; anyone who obtains a valid image link may access that image, so do not distribute those links. You may deliberately create a public share link for a finished result. A share link displays only that generated result, not the original person, garment, pose, or mask uploads. You can turn the link off from the sharing dialog, although third-party social and messaging services may retain a cached preview.
Advertising measurement is optional. When allowed, Google receives advertising-cookie identifiers, the purchase amount, currency and a pseudonymous transaction reference. Our tag does not include your uploaded images, generated images, prompts, email address or card details, and personalised advertising is disabled. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
5. Retention
Deleting a gallery result removes that result; source uploads and garment references can remain until account deletion. Deleting your account removes your profile and generation history and requests removal of your stored photos, results and wardrobe images. Website subscriptions billed through Dodo are cancelled during deletion. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your store account settings. Sign-in codes and links expire within minutes of being issued.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also opt-out of certain data collection or use. Please contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
