Is Shop the look free?
Yes. Without an account you get 3 scans a day. A free account gets 10 scans a month, keeps your scans for 30 days and saves finds to your Wishlist. We don't earn from the store links, and results are ranked by match and price, never by commission.
What happens to my photo?
We search only the clothes. Each piece is cropped with faces blurred, and only those crops are used to look for stores, so faces and full photos are never sent to shops. Hats, glasses and jewellery are searched by words only. Your photo is deleted within 24 hours, and we don't use your photos to train AI.
Will it find the exact item?
Every result says what it is: Exact only when a store's listing matches the piece, otherwise Looks like. Prices come from the stores themselves, with the time we checked, and Google Shopping, Amazon and eBay links are always there for a wider search.
Can I see it on me?
Yes, with a free account. Tap See it on me: we make a clean photo of the piece first, then show it on your own photo, on its own or with clothes from your closet. It's designed to keep your face and body as they are. If it doesn't, redo it free.
