Delete your Kolors Virtual account

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Your Kolors Virtual account is shared by the website and the Android app, so deleting it removes access on both. Deleting can’t be undone. Delete your photos and closet anytime; the few records we keep are listed below.

Before you delete

Download a copy of everything first in Me → Privacy & data → Download my data (a file with your account data and links to your images that work for 7 days). You can also export your closet as a spreadsheet there, free.

Delete your account yourself

  1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. On the website, open Me → Privacy & data → Delete account. In the Android app, open the Account tab and choose Delete account.
  3. Read the confirmation and confirm. Your sessions end and you are signed out.

Ask us by email

Email support@kolorsvirtual.ai from your account’s email address with the subject “Kolors Virtual account deletion”, and say that you want your account and its data deleted. Never send your password. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours before we act.

What deleting removes

  • Your account, profile, sign-in and settings, including your consents and email choices.
  • Your closet (items, real photos, cleaned images, imports, wishlist and wear history), outfits, looks and their versions, gallery and collections, saved photos of you, shop scans, Ask Kolors conversations and tickets, and reports you made in the app.
  • Your plan, pass and wallet records in Kolors, including unused looks and credits, and your usage history.
  • Your contact in our email provider.
  • Every file we store for your account:
    • Photos you upload, before they are used
    • Selection masks you draw for edits
    • Looks and edits we generate for you
    • Garment photos saved from the studio and the earlier wardrobe
    • Photos that older looks were made from (new looks use your saved photos instead)
    • Product photos a store uploads for its try-on widget
    • The original camera-roll photos of a closet import
    • Closet items: face-safe crops of your clothes, cleaned images, cut-outs and thumbnails, and shop finds you saved
    • Your saved photos of yourself for try-ons
    • Face-blurred crops of the clothes in photos you shop from

We cancel an active website subscription as part of deletion. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel it in your app store account: deleting your Kolors account doesn’t cancel it.

What is kept

  • Safety-check records: kept for up to 12 months, not linked to your account, with no images or text. A fingerprint of a photo that passed a check (not the photo) is kept for 30 days.
  • Payment records: our own copies go with your account, but our payment providers and app stores keep their records of your payments as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Reports about your shared images, made by other people: kept until 365 days after each report is resolved.
  • Child-safety copies: if a shared image is under a child-safety report, a copy kept for the investigation until one year after the report is resolved. While such a report is open, account deletion is paused and you’ll see “We’re reviewing a report about this account. Contact support.”
  • Blocked photos: kept with no end date, without your account number. If we took a look down because it showed someone who didn’t agree to it, or for child safety, we keep the reason and, if we still had the saved photo it was made from, a fingerprint of that photo (not the photo), to stop it being saved again.
  • Previews of a share that other sites or apps cached before you turned it off, which we don’t control.

Delete only some data

You can keep your account and delete single looks, closet items or saved photos where they are, or turn off a share. To ask us to delete something else, email support@kolorsvirtual.ai from your account address and say that you want to keep your account.

More about how we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.
